First Place Winner at Iron Cupcake Madison!!!!
I am pleased to announce that my cupcakes were awarded First Prize for the best tasting cupcake at Iron Cupcake Madison's Chocolate Challenge on March 25, 2012. It was a great experience and I was so excited to have the opportunity to meet other great bakers and share yummy cupcakes with guests. Making 200 cupcakes for this event was great practice for weddings and other events, so I was happy just to have the chance to compete. Winning was just the buttercream icing on the cake!

As the mom of a child with Celiac, I am very experienced in Gluten Free baking. At work, I create several vegan baked desserts daily. I can accommodate other food sensitivities, allergies, and preferences as well. Every single person deserves to enjoy a delicious dessert!
